"This hotel advertised non smoking and you can smell cigarettes smoke on every hallway. We had to be moved at midnight because our rooms were infested with roaches and the manager Harsh Patel never returned my calls after leaving several messages for him. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms smell like they’ve never been cleaned. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed over all. Expensive as well."

"There were cockroaches in our room, which unfortunately I’ve come to somewhat expect in Texas, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Staff came and sprayed, but nothing else was really done to address the issue or make the situation right for us.
On top of that, when our flight was canceled on the last day, we asked for a late checkout and were denied, which added even more stress to an already frustrating situation.

"Good ac, nice people, quiet not a lot of traffic. Right beside a very active train but not noisy at all. Only disappointment was bathroom towels had a few hairs, probably getting stuck in the towels during wash n dry but that’s no excuse. Other than that great stay and service"
