"Hotel was perfect in every respect but one. We checked in at 3PM per the guidelines. Our room was not ready - although there were clearly rooms that WERE ready. The front desk girl was in no hurry to get us a room. After waiting in the lobby one hour I insisted and viola - she found a room!"
