"The room was clean but the sheets were old as it was lumpy with the little fabric bumps. There was also an unnatural sterile smell to the room that I could not really tell what it was for. The shower was a bit cramped and had no fan but instead a a heat lamp to keep dry? Nonetheless, not major issues for just crashing a night.
The breakfast quality was good and made up for the okay room. Food included:
- sausage
- standard scramble eggs (from a mixture)
- bagels, bread, muffins with toaster...

"Pros:
Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. "Bed was too high too thick and was sinking so I had a bad back ache after the trip.
Huge cockroach and insects getting in my bags it was quite unsettling. The AC is super loud you cannot turn the fan off unless you turn everything off.
Sorry but I will definitely not come back. Learned my lesson and will pay extra for comfortable hotel."
