"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."

"Very nice hotel. Very helpful staff and outstanding service. The breakfast included was so tasty."

"We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again."

"It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, so didn't really explore all the amenities. The ground floor, accessible room worked well for my mom. (As a suggestion for hotels in general, even thin carpet is hard to push a walker over). I liked all the lighting, especially in the bathroom. "Staff were very helpful and attentive."

"I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. "This was our second time staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites and it was just as good as our first stay. It is very clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly; especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast is delicious and there is a nice variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Personnel très gentil"

"Most likely fit to me, staff’s are very friendly and helpful. Only one thing that bath room need to be caulking around bath tub and clean the floor. I have enjoyed staying in this place,"

"Awesome hotel. I love staying at Tru. I always get a kick out of them putting our name on the tv as a welcome. The breakfast is amazing. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but the pillows are great. Staff was super nice."

"We only stayed one night but would love to stay again and spend more time in Floyd."

"My only positive score is for the front desk clerk. He is not an owner but has to hear the complaints of the patrons. The exterior is not maintained with peeling paint, the interior is beyond dated, mold in the shower grout, bathroom floors are slippery and not from moisture and the bathroom door barely closes as it hits the toilet. Very questionable people loitering around the property and pretty sure they provide housing to Welfare recipients. We did not feel comfortable staying on the...
