"It like that it was close to my daughter’s house and some shopping areas. I felt like the cost was more than it needed to be."

"Room was dirty. Some one else's eye lash cluster on the floor. Dirt and dead bugs laying round in corners. Coffee pot didnt have the tray to make coffee. Pillows awful. Breakfast staff id give 5 stars"

"Location is great! Just a couple of blocks from Temple Square. Tons of restaurants nearby, but most are pricey. Room wasn't the biggest but it was nice. The hotel could use a little TLC. The floor we were on had peeling wallpaper and baseboards. The biggest knock about this place is the parking. You can park yourself for $35 per night, or valet for $45. Made the mistake of grabbing a coffee on my way out from the Market downstairs. $5 for a self-serve paper cup. Next time I'll skip that and head...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food. Location is prime for events at Delta Center or Salt Palace convention center. Free Starbucks coffee in the morning was very appreciated along with the ice cold water. Lobby restrooms were not air conditioned nor were room hallways. This might be the norm for Utah, I don’t know. Rooms are well air conditioned and easy to control. Room#1101 - Updates needed in the bathroom and showers. "A/C was loud and didn’t work, found a cockroach in the bathtub, rugs were stained and felt dirty under foot, bed was not comfortable, the entire building felt like walking into a sauna. Will not stay here again."

"Had a delightful stay! Accommodations were terrific & clean. Front desk so helpful as was the valet parking our large Sprinter van up front the entire stay. Bkfst food was also great however the staff was weak. No clean spoons even though we asked it took 20 minutes to get a spoon to eat my yogurt. When we went to order our Bkfst omelet the girl in the kitchen rudely said “ come back in 5 minutes!” No smile. It’s clear they all hate their jobs. They clearly need customer service training."
