"Very friendly staff"

"Breakfast was a bit on short side. Not great choices. Coffee was good. Rooms were clean, but bed was a bit noisy. All in all if you planning just to sleep is a good choice."

"Very clean and wonderful staff"

"Extremely poor hygiene. We did pick this because it had a hot tub and a swimming pool. The hot tub was dirty, it had skunk marks around and a lot of froth would come up. The swimming pool had a lot of dirt at the bottom and dirt stains. The hotel did text me to ask if the stay was okay and if there was anything that they could do. I replied, telling them how disgusting the hot tub and the swimming pool were. They did nothing. We were there for two nights, they stayed just as dirty for the three days that we were there. This is a two star hotel, the price is very reasonable, but I do expect a certain level of. As mentioned, the hot tub and swimming pool were disgusting, the worst I've ever experienced over many years of staying at a number of different hotels. This hotel lacks general maintenance, in the room you could clearly tell that the walls, baseboards etc had not been cleaned for quite a while. This hotel has been neglected, it needs extreme facelift and clean up."

"The hotel was under construction with no notice to us before booking. We were not able to use the z, hot tub, no blow dryer, and bagged breakfast. My son was there for hockey try outs and were intentionally booking somewhere for the hot tub and a good breakfast. "

"Our trip started with a beautiful greeting at the front door and a quick and easy check-in whisking us up to our room with our belongings. The room was beautiful and well prepared as well as extremely clean. We were excited to use the pool and found that all the amenities within the location were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are really what make this place, from the gal who was vacuuming the rugs to the managers. Everyone in between is so kind and courteous. Lots of options for food and the hotel itself. Had support for vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast! Definitely going to stay here again though I'm not sure I can get my kids out of here right now! I also have a mostly invisible disability and everyone has been very kind in caring even with that situation."

"Very small room.Maybe there should only be 1 bed in some of the rooms.No coffee maker. Very small t.v. I don't t think there is anything new. Carpet needs to go."

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."
