"Hotel was dated. Room smelled like mold and the wall paper was lumpy. We found hair on the pillows and on the night stand. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel needed a complete upgrade and you really needs to pull those smelly carpets out of the rooms. We will not be returning to this property. Great location. Easy access to mall and major expressways."

"I am beyond thankful that I chose to stay at the Pullman as my stay for Miami. It was close to a lot of tourist attractions that I was hoping for . I was able to go to South Beach which was only 20 minutes away from the hotel , Little Havana was only about 25 minutes away, and the hotel even had restaurants close to it within walking distance . I really enjoy my time at the pool, where I was able to take a swim and unwind for the day or take a morning swim. The only downside was that we didn’t have a microwave on our floor so we had to go to the 6th floor for the microwave, but overall great staff and great hospitality."

"Check in was easy but unfortunately the price you pay for this type of room is absurd. Room was outdated and shower had mold, and unfortunately did reseve through this app payed an extra insurance and still wasnt able to change or cancel so do yourself a favor and also research the google reviews since these ones were at a good rating "
