"The property is clean and smells nice. The beach is beautiful. However, there is not enough information about activities on the property or tours provided by the hotel or outside vendors. Some of the staff are not very friendly. There were no complimentary bottles of water provided, not even on the first day, and no information was given about a refill station."

"The only thing I didn’t appreciate was all the children in the pool with very minimal parental supervision on Saturday. The pool should have a kid area roped off and an area just for adults who don’t want to get hit with footballs or splashed. The rooms, staff and outdoor areas were great. "

"We really stayed for one night to go to the airshow, the location was perfect for our plan, right in front of the beach and walkable distance from restaurants. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly, the facilities look nice and well maintained, the onsite restaurant was nice, my only complaint was the room we were assigned to. The view from the room was amazing, great beds but the bathroom itself and the floor at the entrance if the room felt a little filthy, the shower area had a weird “pipe” smell and looked a little moldy, and the entrance had some dirty marks like when you just roll over luggage. I am not sure what may have happened because the hotel itself looked and felt immaculate. I’m not sure if it was just our luck that day, maybe there was high demand so they had to rush rooms readiness but overall everything was great. If it helps our room was 1105 and we were a family of four."
