House keeping workers are efficient and so kind. They really make the stay for me. This is for those that are seeking privacy, peace and quiet and don’t mind driving to the action. "We stayed for my birthday. The hotel is super nice, very clean and staff very friendly. Also is nice that is gated and safe. The restaurant has a super atmosphere. Very important that we had a access to the beach and they provided chairs and umbrella when we eat in the restaurant. But of course if you are on the beach you will eat and drink 😉. I will be back soon. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very happy with all services you provided "

"I had a great time at La Plantation: free upgrade, early check in and late check out. The staff is cheerful and helpful. My sea view villa was on the hill, and it required a lot of walking. I liked my workout, but for people with mobility issues it could be a challenge."

"The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "

"Everything was perfect. Super quiet area. Super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time. We had even more stuff in our appartement than we thought, like an umbrella and chairs to use at the beach. We are certainly coming back to this spot. "

"Even-though the property and rooms were well maintained, unfortunately on the deck outside came a mouse on one night and a cockroach on the last night. Overall the staff was non-existent since the property was almost empty. Due to the seaweed infestation and very bad smell the property was uninhabitable outside. The beach was unswimmable. We were ones of unfortunate guest they ended up booking badly. When we called the reception to understand if this would last all week, they replied with an attitude that they can’t determine the weather. The hotel/Expedia should be warning the clients of such conditions as we have paid a lot of money to stay at this resort. We have the expectation that we would be able to sit outside and swim at a beach side resort. We should have been given the opportunity to switch to a different resort. On the last day of check out we had check out at the oyster pond resort since the villa’s reception was not open at 8:00 am. Again with an attitude the reception didn’t even ask how our stay was and not a single thank you was uttered. The entire experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at either resorts. I expect some kind of refund otherwise I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to St Martin at all."

The rooms are gorgeous, modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning ocean views and great amenities. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff: - Kevin at the pool was always smiling, warm, and genuinely interested in how our day was going - Alexis at the pool bar was so friendly and attentive, always making sure we were having a great time - Jean Claude crafted amazing drinks and made every interaction fun - Niobi at the Restaurant felt welcoming and inviting every time we visited - Antonio and Shatijah at the front desk were incredible — professional, kind, and helpful - Dane the bellhop remembered our names and greeted us with such positive energy - Shadira, the hostess, was so warm and pleasant - Marla, the concierge, gave us the best recommendations The team went above and beyond to make my mom feel like a queen on her birthday — from the perfect drink to a delicious red velvet cake delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful and special touch. This stay was truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!"
