An amazing ranch experience - highly recommended

An amazing place to stay - we would go straight back if we could… the staff were all so friendly, very well trained and helpful - reflecting the culture of the owners, who came to have dinner there themselves one evening and to chat to all the guests - obviously still very much interested in maintaining the quality of the hotel. As for things to do, the food was fantastic, with the friendly chef coming out to the table to explain the menu and to check that the courses were ok for us ; the wine also amazing, with a fun wine tasting experience with a lovely sommelier; lazing by the pool and maybe best of all, going horse riding with a lovely gaucho, inspite of not having ridden before - another experience ticked off the bucket list !
