Really nice hotel in a great location. We paid extra for a premium room which was downstairs behind reception. The room was beautiful with great facilities. However the noise from buses and cars going along the paved Street immediately outside our window meant that I hardly slept. Also the WiFi signal strength in this room was so low that we were not able to use it consistently. Such a nice room but I left feeling I had been short changed.

We absolutely loved Paloma at the front desk, evening. She gave us consistently perfect recommendations and tips. Our room had the BIGGEST closets of any hotel we've ever stayed in! And a great bed, great shower. We especially loved the shower door that actually sealed water from the bathroom floor. And the wonderfully nonslip floor. There were two basic amenity details that fell woefully short of the norm-- TP that disintegrated when used, and the worst in-room coffee ever. There are actually some decent instant coffees... this was overtly awful. And somehow the espresso coffee machine in the breakfast buffet was not good. We used the exact same machine at Eurostar Aurea Catedral Granada, where it was excellent, so perhaps it was the coffee quality and not the machine. We had a great stay despite all the rain!

Quiet, thanks to thick windows. Easy walk to tourist area. Great firm bed. Strong hot shower. Could not figure out how to lower temp on A/C, but fan alone did the trick in mid-March weather. Room service food is strictly pizza from nearby. Having ‘room service’ call transferred to pizza restaurant not successful as no English was spoken. However, front desk took on the challenge and made the order for us. Arrived fast, hot and …bland. Staff at hotel were all lovely and helpful.

Disfrutamos nuestra estancia en el hotel. Marta en recepción nos ayudó a encontrar los lugares de interés. Lo único malo fue la mala calidad de conexión del WIFI. Aún así volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Nice team, checkin, nice room, comfortable and right in heart of centre. It is in very goodcondition. I was surprisded that my bedroom door was set open by the cleaner before I had checked out, she was on the floor but in a different room - not secure!

Trevligt område!
Trevligt hotel, med jättefina rum. Dock var sängen väldigt svajig så vi fick byta rum, bättre där. Frukosten bra, men inte perfekt. Däremot är faciliteterna jättefräscha och personalen jättehjälpsamma.

The stay was most pleasing. The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and they even got my a small birthday gift. It is the little things that count and this hotel delivered exceptional service.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. The room was very clean and overall the hotel is in very good condition. You can reach everything on foot. We parked our car in a parking garage about 600m from the hotel. We would stay here again.

Checked in early and rooms not ready, after traveling extensively there were no options for food, places to change clothes etc. hotel off beaten path and cabs impossible to get. Staff was inattentive and ambivalent at best.

Great location. Bed was very uncomfortable. The only hotel we stayed at (out of 7 in Spain and Portugal) where they did not provide free refillable water in the room.
