Cristina was great, but the room was too hot, and the TV only had two channels in English. Additionally, the floor creaked so much that I woke my wife up every time I went to the bathroom. I could hear the neighbors every night when they rolled in at 1:00 am. The breakfast variety and quality was good.

Globalement bon hôtel. Fait plutôt 3 étoiles que 4 (pour avoir fait des 4 étoiles: il y a des details comme la poubelle rouillée dans la salle de bain, la literie, ...). Le petit déjeuner était bon. J'ai apprécié le saumon (ne mangeant pas de viandes) et les fruits frais; mais les oeufs brouillés étaient surcuits et le lait chaud se prenait a la machine à café (il était peu chaud). Effectif minimum ; l'employée accueil, nettoie et réinstalle les tables, recharge le buffet! La salle est petite pour le nombre de chambres. J'avais demandé une chambre loin des ascenseurs mais ça n'a pas été respecté ; j'étais donc réveillée par les allers et venus.

He estado hospedado 5 días y cuatro noches, con mi pareja, habiendo reservado una habitación especial para personas con discapacidad. La habitación está bien, pero creo que siendo un poco más amplia, para personas como yo que vamos en silla de ruedas, sería genial. El hotel en sí me ha gustado mucho, tanto por el personal, la limpieza del mismo, pero he echado de menos, que hubiera un bar cafetería, para no haber estado que estar tanto tiempo fuera del hotel, porque dentro no hay nada para distraerse. Por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja, y en el mes de octubre que regresaré a mi tierra, iré a Sercotel Delicias Córdoba. Gracias por habernos tratado muy bien. GRACIAS.

Laa habitaciones son muy cómodas. El AA es espectacular. El mirador de la piscina está muy bien , la piscina es muy bonita, lo malo es que tiene poca profundidad. El ascensor para bajar el coche es bastante estrecho por eso el pobre tiene muchas marcas a los lados. Cobran 15€ por noche. Se encuentra lugar para aparcar aunque a veces hay que dar alguna vuelta en los alrededores . La atención es estupenda, por lo menos, los dos chicos que nos atendieron de 10.

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très à l'écoute et aimable. La seule difficulté est qu'il est situé un peu loin du centre ville. Parking disponible sans pb. Nous avons fait appel aux taxi pour circuler , les réceptionnistes font le nécessaire avec rapidité.
