Beautiful setting, good location, relaxing holiday

We stayed in one of the bungalows for 4 nights on half board basis. We wanted to relax but at the same time do some sightseeing so location was a must and we really enjoyed it. The bungalows are a great idea. Spacious, with its own little terrace. Ours was meant to have a garden view but it also had sea views (you pay extra for the sea view). Food is buffet style, good overall but you know what you are getting. Two pools and two outdoor jacuzzis. We used the indoor sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi for 7€/person - great addition to our holiday, very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Very good location to get around. We hired a scooter at Spiros (great!) and use it to go to Paliokastritsa and Kassiopi. We went to Corfu Town in the evenings by taking the bus that stops right opposite the hotel (€1.70/person, 25min) In all, we had a really great break and would definitely go back

BELL'ALBERGO..FORSE UN PO DATATO

La prima impressione è di grande gentilezza del personale. Ma arrivati nel nostro bungalow( molto carino e bellissima posizione quasi fronte mare) ci accorgiamo che è già abitato : formiche dappertutto...quindi alla richiesta di cambiare stanza alla reception ci chiamano la Responsabile Servizio Clienti per farci convincere che dobbiamo rimanere lì ,almeno fino all'indomani , non essendoci nessun'altra sistemazione libera. QUINDI veloce disinfestazione ,(si fa per dire), con del banale spray insetticida e torniamo nel nostro bungalow dove poi decidiamo di rimanere per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno.,malgrado la persistente presenza delle graziose bestioline,seppure in numero ridotto.Al di là di ciò e dell'aria condizionata molto leggera e difficile da regolare, bell'ambientazione e spazi esterni molto gradevoli ,sala colazione e cena con vista spettacolare. colazione molto buona , cene a buffet non molto entusiasmanti , soprattutto i secondi piuttosto carenti per fantasia e preparazione. Ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole ed il personale cordiale e gentile.

Good family hotel

We had a great two weeks at the Corfu Chandris, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the kids club was really good the kids went for a little while everyday, evening entertainment with the animation team was great fun. The sunbed battle is the same as everywhere ! The toilets by the end of the day off the pool and beach could be cleaner but hard to keep on top of that, and food just got a bit samey after a while but ok for a couple of weeks. Best bit kids clubs, lovely pool and beach and very friendly staff.

le seul bémol concernerait le manque d'animation. Nourriture bonne et variée, beaucoup de choix, personnel adorable qui a à coeur d'aider les gens. Très bonne adresse

Nice pictures but terrible level of hygiene

We arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. I asked for a cot which had been confirmed only to find that the hotel staff had no awareness of my request. The staff tried to convince me that I did not need a cot for my two year old as there was a good sofa bed in the villa. I was adamant we needed the cot I had requested and had confirmation for only to finally receive it a while later with a very tired toddler almost at 1am. The villa was very simple but we can put up with that, what was inexcusable was the lack of cleanlieness of the room. The bathroom stunk of urine, the tub was old and dirty, the sink had visible signs of water marks and after my toddler walked barefoot from the front door to the bed the soles of his feet had turned black! When we raised the issue of hygiene, staff again tried to convince us it did not smell of urine but of humidity. I know the difference. Everyday cleaning of the room was also done at a very low level. We had some dirty mugs provided by the hotel and napkins that were NEVER washed or replaced in our 6 night stay. I really do not know what they think a reasonable clean is. Pool looks beautiful in the pictures but there were never any free sunbeds. Sunbeds were "saved" by other guests by 7am and there are not enough sunbeds for the size of this hotel and amount of people staying. Morning buffet was ok, but the A/C was never on so it was boiling hot even at 9am. I would not recommend..

Try to avoid this hotel! If you choose this hotel do not take the villa's basement!! Even if they try to upgrade you !!! Full of humidity and ants and very old!!! Hey owner what do you say for a refurbishment!!!!

Good hotel, service needs slight improvement

The hotel is located in a nice bay and its facilities are quite good. The room was clean and comfortable. The service can be improved. The staff are nice but it wold be appreciated to take care of certain details. For instance, without prior notice you're told at the restaurant entrance there is a dress code for dinner and next thing you see is other men in shorts. You ask and the answer is: "Well, there is no dress code after 9 pm". This is absurd, but you tend to accept these awkward rules if you're informed ahead of time. Another example, most half board hotels would accept to keep your open bottle of wine for the week; they just put the number of your room in the bottle tag. I was only told after dinner and was proposed to take the bottle to the room and bring it with me every day. I have to admit after a discussion they nicely gave me the bottle for free; I accepted and returned the almost full bottle. Except for this, staff is nice and the hotel is good.

Nice hotel and facilities nice staff

Was a lovely Hotel however the bungalow(in the gardens) was cute but dated. damp smell ill fitting door and broken lighting. the room décor was tiered needs refurb. Did stay for two nights in the main hotel and the room was much better with stunning views. Food was good but didn't offer any drink with evening meal all we wanted was water and was quite expensive and not always cold. All in all a nice place to stay. The garden area and the hotel grounds where very well kept (well done gardening team and cleaning team)

Camere maleodoranti,pulizia scarsa,muri sporchi di sangue per le numerose zanzare.Cibo ripetitivo e poca pulizia nella sala da pranzo.Le piscine chiudono ad orari non consoni alla vita da mare.Nel complesso molto deludente

situato in un bellissimo parco di ulivi

Ben tenuti il parco e le piscine dell'hotel, le camere invece sono vecchie, i letti aggiunti sono brandine scomode, gli armadi puzzano di muffa, i bagni sono vecchi scrostati e maleodoranti, ci sarebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione

nice pool bungalow wasn't down

Pool area was really lovely however deluxe bungalow was anything but deluxe. Ants everywhere and really run down. Location was perfect two steps from beach however upgrades to bathroom in particular is required.

hotel agréable , bon emplacement

villa parfaite, belle piscine et parc très bien entretenu , dommage que la place ne soit pas mieux nettoyée ( uniquement les algues , mais pas les mégots .. ) wifi cher ... bien situé pour visiter Corfou, bus à côté de l hôtel .

Fresh international breakfast but a very noisy restaurant during breakfast. They need to do something about the acoustics.

Strepitoso soggiorno

Delizioso bungalow immerso nel verde, prato curatissimo situato a 50mt dal mare. Complesso veramente di alto livello, con due piscine, vasche idromassaggio, palestra, centro benessere, parrucchiere ecc ecc. Colazione ottima ed abbondante, personale molto cordiale. Posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte all'albergo c'è la fermata del bus che porta al centro di confrù town. Unica pecca wifi assente in camera e lettino in spiaggia a pagamento, per il resto tutto ottimo!

très bon hotel

Hôtel très agréable ; personnel très disponible et sympathique ; problèmes réglés très rapidement. Le seul bémol est les heures d'ouverture des piscines et de la salle de sport (10h-18h) qui ne permettent pas un bain avant le petit déjeuner ni après les promenades de la journée
