"The room it self was good but the bathroom had a mould smell that strong that we couldn't stay in the bath room for long. We kept the bathroom door closed all the time to stop the smell from coming out. It was room 57. The other rooms might have been ok. I told cleaning staff. "No one at the front desk. A sign that says” check in at 3pm”. No air-conditioning during the hottest summer in the UK, June 2026. No safe, no phone or refrigerator in the room. They have water kettle and provide coffee packets & sugar. No cleaning or servicing the room unless you ask for it.
