"It was beautiful property and a great find as we made our way from Galway to Dublin. Serene, calm, family friendly and something for everyone. We only stayed a night, but it would be a great escape for a longer period of time."

"Truly excellent place to stay. Staff were all lovely and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was as good as you could possibly imagine. The setting, the buildings and the property were all as good as anyone could expect.
We had a minor issue with our room that we was quickly resolved and a manager followed up with us to discuss it and ensure that everything was satisfactory. Couldn't have been handled more expertly.
11 out of 10!"
"My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed.
When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and aren't obligated to give you a lesser rate for a lesser room.
Use of the swimming pool requires wearing a swim cap. These were not provided so we weren't able to use the pool at all so that was also disappointing.
It's a shame because otherwise it was a nice enough place. Breakfast was good and the property was clean and quiet. I really wish they would've just given us what we paid for or compensated us for the difference. It really made for a much poorer experience."
"The Hotel overall was good, it was clean, the parking was good and the breakfast excellent.
However, the bed in our room was too hard which meant that one of the guests was unable to sleep sufficiently in the bed with his wife and had to sleep alone in the single bed whose mattress was slightly more comfortable. The mattress on the large bed left the husband with sore points on their hips & ribs and also he subsequently suffered back pain from the uncomfortable mattress which lasted for a few days after."
"Great location, very clean and staff friendly and helpful, pillows and beds very soft not enough support for a good night sleep if you have back or hip issues, room was nice with a beautiful view, restaurant had good food and service. Overall would stay here again but ask for extra bed pad to make a little firmer."
"Hotel is very well maintained, clean and furnished to a high standard. My room was spotless, quiet and the bed very comfortable - I slept well. I ate dinner there (steak and Guinness pie was great) and breakfast was perfect.
I will be back next time I’m working in that area."
