"This seems to be a fair 4 stars hotel, rooms were spacious, breakfast area and terrace were good, breakfast menu acceptable, the fruit salad were bitter. Well located and close to transport links, not too many restaurants nearby. Customer service definitely needs to improve, we book did one booking for 5 and we were distributed in two rooms, we had to pay 350 Euros for deposit even when the booking was fully paid. When we arrived the toilet was dirty and dusty, we asked for daily cleaning...

"Very nice room overlooking the beautiful garden. Although it was a very hot night, with the windows open all around I got a cooling breeze from the garden. The area was quiet. Easy walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the market. Secure parking."

"The room itself and the bathroom were very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has AC which was great for the heatwave. That’s the good stuff. Now for the improvements needed. The hallways need a good clean/change of carpets, they were so dirty. The reception is awful, there was water leaking from the roof. It would be nice if the towels were changed every few days. Our AC was leaking, we put a paper cup under the leak to catch the water. Although cleaning staff saw this, they said...

"This hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect for solo travelers who don’t need a lot of space for their stay in Paris. My only gripe is that the staff seemed quite aloof on several occasions as they either weren’t present at the front desk for an extended period of time or they had the details of my reservation wrong. Other than that, this is a high quality hotel that is deserving of your money!"
