"Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced at a Hilton property. I chose this property based on positive reviews for breakfast, so was especially disappointed when I came to breakfast an hour before it was scheduled to end but found that many food items were already gone or the machine was not working (yogurt machine, oatmeal, egg patties, hot water, sausage) and would not be replaced, plus utensils were missing! It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management...

"We received the wrong room, after I had booked a specific room for my birthday. Then the room we got had dust bunnies all over the floor and the bathtub had faulty hardware that made the shower stay on with the tub water. The tub took about 10 min to get warm."

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came.
Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"The hotel shows its star rating, don't expect anything more. They do not abide by the Hilton level of service. The beds and pull out couch were very uncomfortable, bathrooms were dirty and the staff was unwilling to help. The hallways smelt as though they used cans of scented spray to cover up any hints of smoke from the smoking rooms.
As a Hilton member I was surprised at the lack of attention."
