"The hotel manager was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. During our stay, my mother was involved in an accident, and our flight was not until midnight. I asked the manager if there was any way he could find a room where my mother could rest during the day.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, he went out of his way to help us. After making every effort, he was able to arrange a room for us for a small additional fee so that my mother could lie down and recover before our flight.
His kindness and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant a great deal to our family. We are truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and compassion. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier for us."
