"“Upon checking into my room, I had to request a room change because the original room had maintenance and cleanliness issues. The light above the bathroom mirror was not working, and there was a leftover coffee from a previous guest still inside the refrigerator. Overall, the quality, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property were extremely disappointing and did not meet basic hospitality standards.”"

"Lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly but was short staffed and over worked. Hotel was very dirty and room was even worse. small holes in the wall everywhere in the room. Not a single trashcan was available. Bed bugs got me pretty good the one night i was there."

"Staff was friendly but hotel is a little run down and I had a roach in my room. Pool is closed Bedding could've been cleaner. Overall stay is 3 stars."

"The room that was booked and marked ready was not even cleaned and prepared . The room and hotel stunk worse than a nasty old grease trap. unsavory characters in and out of the facility. There was crime and illegal drug usage on site. just scaryville !"

"This property is more for long term stays. It doesn't really function as a typical hotel. I'm not sure why Expedia included it in my options for a 3 night hotel stay. In one room the AC made too much noise to sleep. In the next room the shower had very little pressure. The staff was very helpful "

"First room that I was put in had huge flies just swarming me, also the TV had a short in it because every time I tried to turn the tv it cut off and I had to ask for another room and was given a much cleaner room. The laundry room wasn't working."

"We have stayed here multiple times when we are visiting in Baton Rouge. The hotel is very clean with good amenities, the staff is very courteous and helpful. It is a very relaxing stay."

"The Room was Clean and in Great condition. Front Desk has been courteous and helpful Covenant Gas/Restrooms only a block aways excellent stop before or after your visit to Denham Springs Tucked a little from the middle of town it's a Nice To Relax."

"Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted."
