"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. "Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

"We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids.
