"I had confusion regarding my booking, the small freezer box in the small fridge was not freezing, squeaky bathroom door, leaking soap dispenser by the vanity. I had to have the heat pump o. All the time to warm the room. Lots of moisture on the single glazed windows. Definitely will not return"

"Our first stay in Alexandra for two nights was absolutely wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. The kitchen was also super convenient to use. There was a supermarket right next door, and a playground just five minutes away, which was perfect for the kids. We also biked across the bridge and rode the Riverside Trail all the way to Clyde — the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and we...
