"The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ...

"Where should I even begin?😫 CONS: -No airport shuttle, even if you arrange it weeks before landing in Jamaica. The front desk girl, Oniesha, is ALWAYS moody, but the rest of the staff were approachable, helpful, and kind. -Do NOT expect towels in your room upon check-in. You may have to wait an hour or more after checking in to receive them. -The fridge stayed warmer than cool, even on HIGH. -AC stopped working periodically. -Bathroom tiles were stained (or maybe that’s just the tile color?),...

"Sehr sauber, sehr schöner Garten. Freundlich. Essen super - sehr guter Kaffee. Angenehme Umgebung - man wird auf der Strasse in Ruhe gelassen. Angemehme, friedliche Menschen, fühlten uns sicher und wohl. Auch ein paar einheimische Restaurants in der Nähe. Familiäre Stimmung im Jakes. Wenn es sehr windig ist, kann man leider nicht im Meer schwimmen da dann das Wasser zu "wild" und somit gefährlich ist. Aber der Pool ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
