"Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. "The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. "This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door."

"We arrived in the hotel wet from the rain and was welcomed by Zachary Lancaster who was i think drunk and told that he would check the room if the room is cleaned and available while he made us wait for more than 30 minutes he never came back. Glad that there was someone to check us in. But very disappointed with this person and hope it never happens to the next guest. I hope Zachary Lancaster faces consequences with this behavior."

"The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. "We had an absolutely delightful stay - from the beautifully decorated room, to the comfy porches and sitting room, to the delicious coffee and warm fire pit! We met the loveliest people and our hosts were caring and helpful. We will definitely be returning! This place is a gem!!!"

"Everything about this stay was excellent! At check in Adriana made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for the area. The food at Dandies was so great that we ate there two out of the three nights of our stay. At the Dandies bar, Jaime and Andre were fun to talk to and very attentive. Room was spotless and decor was perfection. Grounds were gorgeous. Cannot wait to stay again!"
