"First of the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, their communication was next level (shout out to Tais, who even decorated my daughter’s bedroom when she found out it was her birthday!) My view was amazing (obviously I booked an oceanview, beachfront room) steps from the beach. There’s an on site restaurant which is convenient (though don’t choose menu online as inaccurate as we’re open/close times) as well as another right next door. There is a *great* coffee/breakfast/grocery...

"The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

"Its like being on your own private island! You have to be shuttled back and forth to the mainland. Its very quiet and peaceful. The staff is excellent! EVERYDAY the lady from the Office personally asked if we needed anything.I never received service comparable to that at any other hotel that I have stayed in. We had a washer/dryer in our unit and that was a bonus.The living space provided was more than adequate which included a large screened balcony. I ❤️ Brahma Blue. "
