Friendly Staff , easy check in and safe and clean. The parking lot was well lit and safe . Breakfast has a lot of option. Easy to get to the pier , restaurants, etc… I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Location was great, close to restaurants, beach & shops. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Loved the duvet! Pillows were a little uncomfortable for me but its probably because I was not used to them. Bathroom was clean and plenty of amenities just the toilet had some rust/dirty like stain on an area around the rim inside. Breakfast was okay first day but the second day coffee was cold like it was the leftover from the night before and nothing else was available even though it was past 7am. We decided to go elsewhere. Overall its a very nice hotel, would stay again. I would suggest to revamp the breakfast bar and perhaps add other options, other than that its a nice place to stay!

My husband and myself have stayed at a we hotels but this hotel is the best one we have stayed in. Looking at the pictures on the website is exactly what we received. Walking into the hotel it smelled cleaned and the back patio was absolutely beautiful. The suite we booked was mind blowing and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Rockport again.

Best hotel in Rockport/Fulton
Absolutely wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, smelled wonderful, convenient, service was amazing. Well maintained, nice bar, breakfast, very nice patio, pool and exercise room. Room was well appointed, bed very comfortable, spacious and great bath products. Best hotel in Rockport/Fulton and we have stayed at most. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

The shower pressure was terrible and the water temperature only went to warm. The bed was old and uncomfortable and the breakfast was bare and minimal if not empty when we went down. Other than that place smelled GreaT!!

Appreciated the night light in bathroom as opposed to blast of light in league city Fairfield. When we arrived the hotel smelled like onions cooking-weird, not as strong in room . Couldn’t adjust a/c in room

We were pleased with all aspects of this hotel. It was very quiet and the blackout curtains did an excellent job. The front desk was helpful, cheerful and courteous. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast selection. The cheese omelet was not good and forget about the sausage gravy. It had the consistency of spackling and no favor. Luckily, the waffles were good!

The a/c is loud in the room. I would have liked room service to make our beds and leave clean towels. The elevator buttons are hard to read for visual impaired patrons. Over all the facility is nice and we enjoyed our stay.
