The unit has everything you would need for a vacation. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The location is perfect, close to the beach accessible by a short walk. The building itself is older, but the inside is comfortable, ac works wonderfully nice kitchen, appliances and overall very good. A few minor visual blemishes, a picture off the wall, dingy tub tread but nothing major. The left plenty of towels and had fresh paper towels, tp. Welcome box with snacks is a nice touch, would stay again!

Inadvertently booked not realizing it was the bottom floor when we arrived, with no ocean view. We’ve stayed before in an upper level. Was my wife’s birthday, and she was so disappointed. Thought room was pictured better in ad. But we still enjoyed ourselves. Place clean and bed was VERY comfortable. Kitchen was perfect since we ate in most of the time. Great TV experience. Highly recommend if view of ocean isn’t that important. It was my wife’s 82nd birthday, and she is a beach girl. I do recommend the owner replace the screen on the sliding door. Totally old and ripped apart . Peeling paint strips in wall in living room.
