Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Spotless room (duplex) Modern set up with plenty of parking , heated pool which was ideal

Laid-back villa complex with a pool and restaurant. Best for families. Nightly shows are entertaining. Close to town and beach. What makes this place special is the people working there and the clients who visit (all ages). Loved seeing families of three generations enjoying themselves. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lifeguards are fun and love kids. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lanzarote.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, it was quite and walkable distance to old & new town.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always had a smile and a greeting for us The food selection at meal times was very good , with a varied theme each night. Entertainment in the evenings was varied and could be improved.
