"From booking to arrival, the process was very easy. I had phoned to confirm some things prior to my stay and it was never an issue with concierge. Parking was available within the hotel carpark. You used a room card to access lifts which added that extra level of security so that no one off the street could come in. Kitchen was great however I’d suggest a larger saucepan and some oven trays. The lounge area - comfy and inviting. The bed was comfy as and bathroom equipped with washing machine...
