"This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Broken cupboard in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no tissues, no tea or coffee sachets yet a kettle was supplied, we assumed 2 small bottles of water in fridge were complimentary, however we were charged 4 euros at checkout for taking them. The supermarket around the corner were charging 55 euro cents for a 2 litre bottle of water! The only positive comment is about the breakfast waitress who was lovely."

The Bacchus Restaurant was superb and the included continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bartender was very hospitable and the drink options were fun 😁"
