"This hotel barely served its purpose. As a quick drive to the Airport in Pisa. The room smelled, not dirty, just oddly. The walls were paper thin, and the beds were generally uncomfortable. It looks like it gets a lot of traffic from tour companies. Supremely disappointed as Expedia hotels are always very good."

"The hotel is perfectly located within a 2 minute walk of the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery and museums. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to Pisa S.Rossi train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and speak many languages fluently. The room was a good size for a city centre hotel and was very clean. "My stay at Villa Maya was wonderful. It was very easy to find the location. The check in and communication were very pleasant and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. "Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night."

"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. "Great location and easy parking. Only negative is room had only two pillows (one each) when asked for extra pillows rejected the request. Otherwise all good and comfy bed."

"From check-in to check-out, the stay was amazing. Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!"
