"Breakfast was OK, but choices are are less and less every time we visit, this time there were no fruits and no yogurt, Parking was good, it was clean, NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, Girl at chk in did not know the definition of a double room, hotel provides only a small bottle of water at Chk. in and there is no more.....not even for sale, they retired the hair dryer from the rooms, my wife did not like that, I mean I know it is a good price for a hotel in this location, but over all I think this was my last visit to this hotel"

"We only stayed one night, but the room was comfortable and clean. The "mountain view" was ok once you looked past all the electrical wires hanging in sight and the not too attractive street below. :) I would have liked an option for breakfast from a menu in the dining room, rather than a more expensive buffet. The meal we had for dinner was excellent and very affordable. "

"I was very disapoibted with the Hotel! The Reception staff was very limited and really not helpful! booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and we were given rooms in really far apart from eachother and our party had kids who could not be apart. we asked for adjacent rooms and we were rudely told it was not in the instructions at time of reservation thefore it was done that way. Then we were told hotel was full and could not accomodate. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet asper reviews ir was amazing, however the food was just blend, lots of blend options. rooms are very clean but outdated. I know it is an older hotel but they could do a better job in keeping to date. soroundings are great and all other amnenities were great they just really need to work on their customer service and get rooms updated. "

"There was no refrigerator in the room. The woman downstairs saw me buying ice. She asked if I wanted a refrigerator. Of course, I said yes. The security is also on point. When I left for the night and came back in the early morning. The guard was there to greet me"

"Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great. Bathrooms were clean, beds were cozy and AC was great even on the hottest days."
