Cari Cottage di Cortland

"It's conveniently located off highway 2 and is very quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also, the bread is very good."

"Friendly front desk personnel. Very clean room. Comfortable bed."

"This hotel is in a convenient location. It is easy to get to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The room I stayed in was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The lobby has seen better days & the floors had big clumps of mud on them when I arrived and when I left (they were cleaned in between but it must be an ongoing thing). Breakfast was skippable."

"People are living there longterm. Children are left alone so parents can go to work. Was woke up after midnight both nights. Let management know and they simply called the people and asked them to be quiet. That apparently upset the people above us as the noise only became louder. Second night after second time letting managers know they told me they called them and that's all they could do. I was told to go upstairs and talk to them myself... to which I responded I would have to call the police...

"The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. There was a keurig, microwave and fridge in our room. The free breakfast was wonderful, with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, etc. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Food was better than average. Staff was great."

"The clerk when we arrived was very helpful, pleasant & friendly. First impressions are important. Our room was clean & well maintained. Breakfast was adequate. It is an older hotel, but well cared for."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The heating/cooling system was somewhat fussy, but ultimately controllable. The room and hallway (on 3rd floor) were exceptionally quiet."

"Great experience all around."
