"I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. "No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. "Booked the hotel to be able to get into Cardiff for a concert. Good access and parking. Relatively easy to get to Cardiff via Uber to Newport station and then train. Unfortunately had to leave early next morning so didn't get to sample breakfast though it looked very nice. Would stay again."

"Stay was very good. Room was on the second floor. Very quiet except for selfish and inconsiderate guests allowing their doors to slam late at night. Room, shared areas and restaurant were all very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We would stay again. Well done."
