The hotel was OK. We had stink bugs in our rooms. The buffet was $350 for 8 people and it was absolutely horrible food. The food is overpriced and it’s BAD. Really BAD. It’s a decent hotel but it isn’t 4 stars. And they need to revamp their food.

NOTICE: Although the Hotels.com website lists “breakfast included” it is NOT available on weekdays. Weekends only. Room was very clean and comfortable. Huge tv with plenty of options to watch. The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!
