"Easy ample parking although you have to pay now if you don’t book directly with them. Staff were great and room fine for my needs but the fact I couldn’t completely shut/lock my window meant it was not the best nights sleep due to noise of the lorry park."

"The staff were very friendly but, the hotel was very tired. The reception area was quite nice when you walk in, then the hallways were very dingey. The wall paper was coming away from the wall in my room, the curtains were heavy single curtains which couldn't really be opened properly. There were just 2 single electrical sockets in this day and age isn't enough really, cables hanging loosely from the television it felt like a hostel. The outside was not very welcoming, everything was very scruffy, not maintained, not inviting at all. There was an Indian restaurant with a bar with limited drinks and which closed quite early too. I will not be staying again unfortunately as it was situated in a decent place."

"Great place to stay right in the centre of Leicester. The rooms are updated, modern and very comfortable. Parking is available on site at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety of high quality food to choose from. Highly recommended."
