"We enjoyed our stay, Nice quiet place. Enjoyed the layout of our townhouse room. Can walk to a few restaurants and shops out with hotel. Just lacked staff attention to detail for this rate/standard of hotel. I would expect better service. It always seemed to be so difficult to get help/assistance on the smallest of things. The room...

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our overall experience. The rooms are quite dated and, in our opinion, do not feel particularly luxurious. Our room also wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, despite us being out at the pool for the entire day. The main pool area was another disappointment. The sun loungers and seating are very basic, with no cushions, and the pool service was very limited. Cups and glasses were left on tables throughout the day without being collected, which...
