"The hotel itself is incredible, super location and very clean. Room is fantastic with everything you need and very modern with good views. Only grievance is with the rooftop bar. The pool itself is amazing, but had very bad service at night from the rooftop bar, as well as very watered down cocktails, which was pretty annoying as it is definitely one of the more expensive bars in Benidorm. Additionally the staff could have perhaps shown more concern around how the stay was, being asked if everything was okay etc would make it feel a bit more special so that was lacking. Probably wouldn't do breakfast again, good selection of stuff but found the quality of some of the items quite poor. That being said would definitely return due to location and cleanliness, but a few simple fixes and it would have been top notch."
