"Just returned from 8 days here. The hotel is ideally situated next to many eating places including KFC and Burger King and a first class Indian and Italian restaurant and many pub grub places, various shops and huge supermarket . The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful . Breakfast was plentiful and varied , lasted us all day . The room is kept spotless. We will return again , no question . The only downside is lack of shade at the roof top pool. There are no umbrellas . Only a partly shaded area at both ends covered by an awning if needed . The loungers themselves are made of hard plastic so can get uncomfortable if lying on them all day . Padded tie on cushions would have been nice. However the pool was lovely and clean and actually properly heated . We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family ."

"La limpieza fue lo más básico, solo limpiaron una vez cada dia , la manera de poder guardar comida en la nevera es una mala organización, se pone en volles los cuales ni eso respeta esos huéspedes de el lugar , lo único bueno fue que el aire acondicionado estaba bien cada dia"

"A very good place to stay, well placed and in the centre of Alicante, situated between the seafront on one side and the trams and buses on the other. Close to all shops, restaurants and attractions all walkable. Well maintained, clean hotel with helpful staff. Rooms cleaned everyday. Would recommend and would stay again."
