"Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. "Depending on who you talk to - staff would be very helpful, or not particularly helpful. Room quality and size is a hit and miss. If you have the right room, you will have wonderful views. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food average, with prices OK for food. Overall - the property is woefully overpriced for what it returns. Caters mostly to American and British customer."
