"El hotel es excelente, muy bien ubicado, el único detalle fue que el personal intentó vendernos una suscripción a un club de fidelidad y nos hizo perder una hora en ello, por último uno de los botones nos cuestionó por motivo de que, a decir de el, no hicimos el check out siendo que ya estábamos por tomar nuestro Uber al aeropuerto, las formas no fueron las correctas, esperarse al último minuto para preguntarnos, denota falta de profesionalismo, fuera de ahí, bastante recomendable."

"Super cute. But needs more seating in the common area to spend time together. Also, could have used more blankets for the bed, we only had a sheet. Otherwise the hotel was adorable. But you do need to taxi to get to the walled city or anything that is tourist attraction."

"Amazing property, it’s well located when it comes to being across the beach and a mall right next door. If you are trying to get to the Historic Center which is where most activities happen you will have to Uber, the favorable thing is that Uber is extremely affordable. I also spent some days at Osh hotel in the Getsemaní area and I would prefer to stay in Hyatt because of the great facility and convenience. The only hiccup we had is that our room was not ready at the check in time @3pm, we waited until 4pm for it. Highly recommend."

"The hotel staff was very friendly the entire time. The main pool was under maintenance. The beach is NOT private and is full of vendors all the time. The hotel smells like mold and the air conditioning wouldn't go below 26°C and was making noise."
