"I loved Cartegena, the people and staff were amazing BUT I definitely have a few issues with this property. 1. It's dated 2. No benefit on being a preferred guest here...there is no difference. You don't get the care and attention you do at other resorts. The preferred pool is small, not enough umbrellas for all the guests, no covering on the 1 or 2 cabanas. 3. Very limited number of re"
