"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off .
