"Great location and a beautiful property with lots of potential. Overall we had a good stay, but a few things let it down. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast on our first morning felt rushed and disorganised, and the breakfast staff came across quite rude.
The rooftop, garden and pool areas are lovely, but often felt empty and a little neglected.
Overall, a decent stay, but only 3 stars because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really fantastic."
