"Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. "Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Struttura nuova. Unica pecca la piscina seppur comoda è molto piccola e non adatta ai bambini, ha il fondo con minimo pietrine che consentono di non scivolare ma allo stesso tempo sono un po' pericolose. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto cortese e professionale. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Hotel utile se si e di passaggio. Prima spiaggia con sabbia fine a 15 minuti"

"I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor. The room was VERY ran down- the bathroom door had water damage, one of the lamps was falling apart and overall it was very dilapidated. The hotel looked dilapidated and...

"Wonderful host, excellent overall stay. The only challenge is accessing the hotel up through winding cobblestone streets. Once there the area is very beautiful with incredible views."

"The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel itself is centrally located and only a five minute cab ride from the train station. The only criticism I would have is that it appears to be aslightly older property so just know that. "

"Property accommodation not what we thought we had booked information on expedia quite misleading The property was in a good position for the city centre and also easy to get to the beach gave a lower score than i would normally, as allthough we stopped for 5 days no one came to clean the room or change towels not sure as to what the rules for cleaning were as we were not any information on check in or any instructions in the room"
