"The hotel is a 2 star at best. The cleaning staff & the animation team work hard to make it a pleasant stay.
Upon arrival the air con unit was just blowing out hot air, we let reception know about this & filter was cleaned out but with the attitude that nothing else can be done. After appearing at the reception with all of our luggage as they did not call back with an update, we were provided 2 fans which we took as there was no other option.
The shower was very poor, you almost had to stand...
