"Good location. A new hotel but facilities are ok , nothing special. No safe / no fridge / good air conditioning Shower is bizarre , the fitting is just above the ground so you can’t stand under it and get a shower , makes it difficult. Cleaning was hit and miss I think they haven’t thought the hotel thru properly , could be very good"

"Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Different layout to normal hotels as in you don’t access the pool directly from the hotel but that’s not a problem at all. The family pool is bigger and has more sun beds than the adult pool but we had no trouble getting sun beds at either. We were lucky enough to hire the belinese beds by the adults pool which looked straight over the pool and included a bottle of cava, 4 bottles of water and some food at lunchtime, which was perfect for us as we were B&B only (rather than all inclusive). The hot tubs on the roof were a real treat too, again with amazing views. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but we took a taxi up to the Old Village a couple of times (ask the hotel to order a taxi rather than an Uber as a lot cheaper), and the restaurants and views from there are beautiful, worth the 5/10 minutes it takes to get there (depending on where you ask to be dropped off). The view from the hotel is stunning, we paid a little more and had a higher room with uninterrupted views, waking up to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Good choice for breakfast as well, again with amazing views."

"Disappointed as I could not get wi-fi on the seventh floor. Kept trying to pick up Blue sea Cervantes with no internet connection. I had to come down to the bar area to get the hotel connection."

"Beautiful hotel, but ruined by a rigid and disappointing check-out experience I booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and our family stayed across three rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We initially enjoyed our stay immensely. However, check-out was a completely different story. We were surprised to be told that a fourth room was booked under our name. When we explained we had no knowledge of this room, we asked why no one had contacted us when it became a "no-show" on night one. The staff had no answer. Despite our request for them to check their security cameras to verify that no one ever checked into or used that room, they refused. Rather than waiving the fee or offering a standard one-night penalty, they insisted on charging us the full amount for the entire stay. They completely refused to negotiate—which is incredibly disappointing considering our wedding party had brought over 20 room bookings to the resort. This rigid, uncaring customer service is certainly not what you expect from a 5-star resort."

"The room was small but comfortable. The décor is dated but still functional. The mattress was excellent, and the foam pillows were comfortable. However, parts of the room layout need attention. In Room 407, the table lamps are placed awkwardly in the corners and are easy to knock over. This setup is not practical and should be reviewed. The bathroom also needs a refresh. The dining area is not well designed. The tables and chairs are awkward to use, and many are too heavy to move easily. The plastic seating near the pool does not work well either. While it appears to follow a modern style, it does not function well in practice. The poolside setup needs improvement. There are too many round beds and not enough standard sunbeds. The area would work better if it were set up primarily with sunbeds rather than a mix. The carpet around the pool is also unhygienic. It should be replaced with suitable plastic matting to prevent hygiene issues. Daily room cleaning was consistent and done well. However, for a 7-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed, which is not acceptable, especially in hot weather. Food and service were excellent with no issues. The gym is air-conditioned and well-maintained, but the layout is poorly designed and feels awkward to use."
