"We were allocated a different room due to a ‘technical issue’ but were not told what this was. The room we were given had a smaller balcony but we were given breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was basic but passable, and the staff were friendly. The pool area is small but quaint, and relaxing. "Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights."

"Hotel is quite dated, we paid for a premium room however you don't receive much for this. The nice sunbeds and pool as pictured is an additional €15 and €25 which isn't detailed anywhere. The grounds and pool are good but need better maintenance. The room was a bit tatty. Depends what you pay however I would expect a 3* more so than a 4* as advertised"

"Excellent"

"Wij een een groot appartement. Super schoon en de bedden en de douche was super comfortabel. Uitzicht was prima."

"Lovely, comfortable accommodations. Incredibly helpful staff. I paid for the delicious and simple breakfast and had the best view overlooking Teatro Romano and people watching. Location is perfect for walking around historico, parks and the beach. Would definitely return."

The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...
