"The welcome was so lovely. We were shown to our room. Which was ready early, although when we got there, it actually wasn't ready, so they gave us a free drink in the bar. The room was huge and beautiful. This was a classic room., we asked to see a superior room, but the classic was nicer. The food, both at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff are all lovely. Can't wait to come back, it's beautiful."

"The hotel was lovely. A short uber ride to Tavira (less than 4 euros) although the hotel supplies a couple of shuttles per day to Tavira and Cabanas. The pool was fabulous with plenty of comfortable loungers in nice gardens. The restaurant was very nice with lovely views over the pool and a nice area to sit and have a drink. "Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. "

"We were initially surprised at the size of the hotel and rather disappointed how far away our room was from reception and the lifts: However,chat changed as soon as we got to our room which was more like a suite! Exceptionally comfy bed as well. Once we found the shortcut stairways back to the pool area, all was fine. Very glad the hotel wasn't full otherwise the pretty good breakfast might have been more of a struggle. Definitely recommend popping over the road to the Mercado and have a lunch...

"Excellent hotel and extremely clean, good plentiful breakfast and nice pool area to relax in. Very helpful staff and useful to have the O Tacho restaurant onsite for lunch and evening meal option. Good range of dishes and generally fast service, although restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Monday all day you will need to look elsewhere for lunch and dinner. Main drawback is the location of hotel in relation to Tavira and if you don't have a car. A good 20-25 minute walk to the town centre...

"Nice clean place with very responsive staff. They were extremely helpful via WhatsApp as I was arriving with a late check in. Cute location, free packing down the block, no issues. Clean room with good working AC. Bathroom was a little run down but completely adequate condition for the price of the room. very nice view from the top balcony off the communal kitchen, you can see the lighthouse. Great value stay, would come again if stopping in the area. "

"Aside from the confusing parking, between reserved for hotel and for public, the stay was perfect. It was a quick check in and the room was plenty for two people to stay in. It is straight-forward and easy, includes resturant, breakfast/dinner and has a pool area to relax. The staff were amazing and spoke multiple languages to accomodate guests with different nationalities. Overall stay was great. Location was very close to many shops and restuarants in the area of Monte Gordo."
