"The staff was extremely nice and professional, AC worked fine and parking was also fine. Unfortunately, I found a couple cockroaches during my stay. One of them being dead on the “fresh” face towel, and a couple live ones in the bathroom. I would have given 5 stars if not for the bugs, so for now it has to be a 2/5. "

"I slept comfortably and the room was well kept. I was not prepared for the noise during the day; they had workers renovating so trying to sleep in and get a nap in was hard. and I had bigfoot for an upstairs neighbor; he paced around for hours one day. It would have been nice to be informed when I was booking when it came to the noise/: But thank you to the front desk staff, you were very helpful and kind."

"Great location for the fairgrounds…walkable. Also convenient for taking ride share services to places in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. They offered an airport shuttle service, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was simple and adequate. The breakfast and day staff were excellent. The night staff couldn’t be bothered though."
