"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel."

"Los niños disfrutaron como nunca la piscina. Tiempo estupendo y lugar con encanto"

As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying...

"Sehr schön, ruhig und malerisch gelegen. Geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet, sehr familiär, äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber."
